In October 2000, Haitian Company underwent a comprehensive restructuring and was established as Xi'an Haitian Antenna Technology Co., Ltd. with a total share capital of 50 million shares and a registered capital of 50 million yuan.

In 2010, the company undertook the national new generation broadband wireless mobile communication network technology major special project "Energy saving active integrated antenna", preparing for the energy-saving active integrated antenna technology and industrialization required for the construction of the next generation of mobile communication.

In December 2011, the company jointly invested with Fujian Sanyuanda Communication Co., Ltd. to establish Xi'an Sanyuanda Haitian Antenna Co., Ltd., jointly exploring the 3G and 4G markets.

In 2014, the company jointly invested with Shanghai Shunyu Investment Co., Ltd. to establish Haitian Antenna (Shanghai) Trading Co., Ltd. in the Shanghai Free Trade Zone, utilizing favorable free trade zone policies to carry out export trade business and expand customers.

In 2015, based on the company's communication technology and research and development advantages, the company will invest RMB 1 million to establish three wholly-owned subsidiaries: Xi'an Haitian Marine Technology Co., Ltd., Xi'an Haitian Aerospace Technology Co., Ltd., and Xi'an Haitian Automotive Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., to expand its existing business areas and enhance market competitiveness.

In October 2015, the name of our company was changed from "Xi'an Haitian Antenna Technology Co., Ltd." to "Xi'an Haitian Antenna Holdings Co., Ltd.

In November 2015, the company was approved by the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Commerce to issue 400 million domestic shares, which not only introduced new shareholders but also promoted the development of the company's product strategy.

In February 2016, the company was approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission and the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Commerce to issue 92 million H-shares, further promoting the company's development.

In September 2016, the company signed a memorandum of cooperation with Autogyro GmbH and UMS SKELDAR AG to carry out cooperation with an aviation drone development company, in order to improve the performance of the company's drone products while opening up the market and further expanding the group's sales network.

In September 2017, our company acquired a 20% stake in Suzhou Haitian New Antenna Technology Co., Ltd. in order to further develop the company's mobile communication business.

In October 2017, our company issued a total of 20000000 new domestic shares to accelerate the rapid development of the company.

On October 16, 2017, the company name was changed from "Xi'an Haitian Antenna Holdings Co., Ltd." to "Xi'an Haitian Tian Industrial Co., Ltd.

In December 2017, the company conducted a 5G millimeter wave base station antenna line measurement experiment in the 26GHz frequency band in collaboration with Xi'an Xiaoshi Antenna Technology Co., Ltd., Suzhou Haitian New Antenna Technology Co., Ltd., and the Microwave Research Institute of Xi'an University of Electronic Science and Technology. Based on the data obtained from the road test, it can be proven that the artificial medium lens multi beam antenna jointly developed and tested by our company and the above-mentioned units is fully suitable for 5G transmission systems. Meanwhile, according to the current public information query, the 5G millimeter artificial medium lens multi beam antenna road test experiment is a successful test conducted domestically.

In August 2019, the name of our company was changed from "Xi'an Haitian Tian Industrial Co., Ltd." to "Xi'an Haitian Antenna Technology Co., Ltd.
